Greg Young handled many emergencies during the pandemic such as water issues, heat issues, and other critical maintenance issues, Unless there was an emergency, he and his staff were not allowed to go into any units. No one was allowed to use the shop. For about 4 months, he and his team had to improvise how to do things without going to the shop. 

He feels that working through the pandemic has made him stronger. His hope is that we return to a normal life as soon as possible.
