Karima Brothers is a sales associate who worked at the UPS store through the shutdown. Her skill set includes packing and mailing items. This was very important to people during the pandemic especially because many businesses were closed.

Karima felt that her clientele was appreciative and cooperative. She felt that her offering kindness to others was very helpful and often eased tension in the store.

She believes that life is short and we must be kind to one another. Her wish for the future is that we return to normal.
