Stephanie Seifrit, Director of Human Resources at Governor Mifflin, also helped run vaccine clinics working with the Medicine Shoppe as a full-time volunteer.

In addition to her full-time job, she handled space and logistics for the clinic.

Stephanie sees herself as very fortunate. She is very appreciative of other volunteers who stepped up to help facilitate the clinics. She is proud of how well students responded to mask-wearing and cooperating with protocols. She is proud of the Mifflin staff and their commitment to keeping kids safe and especially grateful for the work of Dipak Patel who was instrumental in providing vaccines.

At vaccine clinics, it was common to see people tear up with an appreciation for receiving vaccines. It was a welcome relief for many, many people. Volunteers included school board members and community members and high school students working together to successfully provide clinics. She believes that in many ways, our public schools are the center of a community and the clinics were examples of how well a community can work when it works together.
